Where it comes from

This one is pure Narwhal. In recipe testing, our chef kept doubling the fried garlic on a beef fried rice just to see — and the plate kept coming back empty. The final version sears the beef hard, folds it through glossy egg rice, and finishes with a landslide of garlic fried to the exact second it turns gold and sweet. It never existed in Thailand. It could only have happened here — and we are a little proud of that.
