Every Narwhal recipe starts as a family-meal experiment, and this one never survived the staff table. Through our build-out summer, our chef kept tossing test batches in the dry Thai seasoning she blends by hand — golden garlic, white pepper, a whisper of coriander root — until the crew started arriving early just to claim a plate. By the time the soft-opening menu was printed, the wings had named themselves after the house.
